Project journal: the closed round and investor cabinet
Smartocule Ltd opens a project journal. Closed-round materials are available only after cabinet registration. This is not a public offer of securities.
Today we open the Smartocule journal — short notes on the product, the Limassol lab and the closed round. There will be no yield advertising and no “pay from the homepage” pitch. The public site remains a product surface; round documents open in the cabinet.
Smartocule Ltd (HE 458217, Cyprus) is running a closed placement for persons the company admits to round materials. The term sheet, cap table and legal note appear after registration and email confirmation. Applications are accepted only there, and only after the company’s checks.
The product is glasses with a transparent waveguide, a 12 MP camera at the hinge and an on-device model in the frame. The cloud is optional, not on every glance. The first working prototype is aimed at Q1 2028.
If you wish to consider participating as an investor, register a cabinet. If you follow the hardware and optics, read the journal. Those are different doors of the same company.
